Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that SOUTH ISLAND CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 March 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 26 March 2013 at 10.37am.
