Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Subsequent to the directors of the companies filing resolutions at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts, Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on the date and times stated below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix
1 May 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
