Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholder on 28 March 2013 at 4.00pm the time and date the liquidations commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the companies, I fix
1 May 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
