Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 March 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that CRESCITA LIMITED be liquidated and that Robert Alexander Kidd, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2013.
