Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 21 March 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that G4 REDUNDANT LIMITED be liquidated and that Rowan S. Kingstone, of Kingstone Cox Chartered Accountants Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 21 March 2013 at 12.00 midday.
The liquidator has fixed 22 April 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
