Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MIENERGI LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 March 2013 at 12.06pm.
We fix 15 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
