Take notice that WELLINGTON MINI DIGGERS (2008) LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 March 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2013 at 11.00am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 26 April 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
