Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 March 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that EURO-AGRI IMPORTS (N.Z.) LIMITED be liquidated and that John Falloon and Aaron Allred, chartered accountants of Ashburton, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2013 at 9.15am.
