Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 March 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R. & I. JONES FARMS LIMITED be voluntarily liquidated and that John Falloon and Aaron Allred, chartered accountants of Ashburton, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 March 2013 at 10.31am.
