Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies
by special resolutions of the shareholders on 19 March 2013 at 11.50am, being the date and time of my consent to my appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of the above-named companies, I fix 30 April 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
