Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) a final report has been filed on the Companies Register;
(b) all known assets have been disclaimed or realised, or distributed without realisation; and
(c) all proceeds have been distributed and the company can be restored to the Register, pursuant to section 250(2) of the Companies Act 1993 and to a minute of Associate Judge Sargisson dated the 20th day of March 2013 at 12.31pm.
