Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 22 March 2013 at 8.00am, it was decided by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that H & R ORCHARDS LIMITED be liquidated and that Kenneth Charles Oliver be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
