Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several replacement liquidators of PARADISE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation).
The original liquidation commenced on 25 February 2013 following the shareholder’s special resolution placing the company into liquidation whereby Kim Scott Thompson was originally appointed liquidator.
We now replace Kim Scott Thompson, pursuant to sections 241(2)(a) and 283 of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix Tuesday 30 April 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
