Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUTO-ACE EXPORTERS (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 March 2013 at 10.15am.
We fix 22 April 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
