Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Charitable Trusts Act 1957 ("the Act")
On 15 March 2013, it was resolved by resolution of the trustees, pursuant to section 24 of the Act, that the charitable trust be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 23 April 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the charitable trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
