David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin
Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of
C.A. SCAFFOLDING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 18 March 2013 at 11.44am.
We fix 20 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
