John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BMW MILKING LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 March 2013 at 10.10am.
We fix Wednesday 24 April 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
