Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that OTAGO CONCRETE PLACING LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 March 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 March 2013 at 10.11am.
