Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MARTYNS CYCLES & MOWERS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court
at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 March 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 5 March 2013 at 2.56pm.
