Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOTAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LIMITED by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 March 2013 at 10.15am.
We fix 9 April 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
