Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Vance and Barry Jordan, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the company by a resolution of the shareholders on the date and time below:
5 March 2013
MARINA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.30am.
By resolution dated 9 February 2013, it was resolved that immediately on appointment of liquidators the company would satisfy the solvency test.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 9 April 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
