Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was on 24 December 2012 at 5.00pm, appointed to be the liquidator of PTM CUISINE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors of the company adopting a resolution at the watershed meeting held pursuant to subpart 8 of Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 1 February 2013 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of PTM CUISINE LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
