Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 4 March 2013 at 9.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Michael Crawford, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidator has fixed 5 April 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution.
