David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AKSALA LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 22 February 2013 at 11.04am.
We fix 5 April 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
