Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MOLYNEUX PARK CHARITABLE TRUST (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 25(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, on 11 February 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 11 February 2013 at 10.31am.
