Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Stephen Graves and Patrick Sheehan were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named trust pursuant to an application made under section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 212 of the Sale
of Liquor Act 1989, on 18 February 2013 at 10.44am.
The liquidators of WAINUIOMATA LICENSING TRUST (in liquidation) fix 25 March 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
