Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland was on 20 February 2013 at 12.04pm appointed liquidator of GOURMETNZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors of the company adopting a resolution at the watershed meeting held pursuant to Subpart 8 of Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 8 April 2013 as the last day on or
before which the creditors of GOURMETNZ LIMITED
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
