Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MCCUTCHEON TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 February 2013 at 10.19am.
We fix Friday 15 March 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
