Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HARBOUR CITY TOW AND SALVAGE (2003) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 February 2013 at 10.28am.
We fix Friday 29 March 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
