Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 December 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to
section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PALMER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED be
put into voluntary liquidation and that Barry Vernon O’Donnell, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 December 2012 at 3.00pm.
