Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 February 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that KIWICARE WASTE SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that
Robin Winston Hargrave, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 7 February 2013.
