Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of HAVERSTOCK SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I
of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 July 2013.
The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held
at 248A Marua Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, on 16 July 2013 commencing at 9.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) decide whether to replace the administrator;
(b) decide whether to appoint a creditors' committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
(c) receive and consider the director's statement of the company; and
(d) submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration of the company.
