Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of A & T TIMBER SOLUTIONS LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at 53 Geddes Road, Rotorua, on 14 March 2013 commencing at 1.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) consider the report of the administrator.
(b) determine:
(i) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(ii) whether to bring the administration to an end; or
(iii) whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
