Notice of Transfer of Registration of Company
Pursuant to Section 351 of the Companies Act 1993
AUTHOR-IT HOLDINGS LIMITED hereby gives notice that in not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, it proposes to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
