Notice and Certification of Performance of Deed
Pursuant to Section 239ADC(c) of the Companies Act 1993 and Clause 15.1 of the Deed of Company Arrangement
The above-named companies have operated pursuant to a Deed of Company Arrangement since 14 October 2011. The requirements of that deed have been successfully performed. I am required to certify that event and do so herein:
"I, Bryan Edward Williams, of 131 Taupaki Road, as Deed Administrator of the Deed of Company Arrangement executed on 14 October 2011, certify that the deed has been successfully performed."
