I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies and liquidators by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

FREIGHTWAYS LIMITED (1255822) - notice of issue of 353,716 shares should have been for 208,212 shares -
20 February 2012.
GINO LIMITED (1555947) - liquidator was appointed outside the 10-working day limit of section 241AA(2) of the Act of application being filed for appointment of liquidators by the High Court; notice of appointment - 24 August 2012 to be removed (application by liquidators).
HARVEY FARMS PTY LIMITED (477750) - J. R. Hexton did not cease to act as director - 3 September 2012.
PROMETHEUS FINANCE LIMITED (316304) - amendment to trust deed incorrectly filed as an amendment to constitution - 5 September 2012 - to be removed.
VMOB LIMITED (244518) - change of name to Velo Capital Limited filed in error; the change reverting to VMOB Limited - both 27 August 2012 - will then be ineffective and will also be removed.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 11 October 2012 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
