I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act"), on the application of the following companies and liquidators by deleting or replacing incorrect documents
and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:
CENTURION TRUST SERVICES LIMITED (3803577) - constitution filed in draft and later version to be replaced - 29 May 2012 and 30 May 2012.
CONTESSA HOLDINGS LIMITED (3353431) - notices of change of directors and registered addresses should have not been filed and annual return is to be replaced - 1 May 2012 -17 May 2012. Notices of change of directors filed later will then duplicate earlier registered information and will be removed - 8 June 2012.

GISBORNE MILK CO-OP LIMITED (in liquidation) (151331) - liquidators’ six-monthly report was signed by a person other than a liquidator - 14 June 2012 (application by liquidators).
OMAHA BAY SENIORCARE LIMITED (1305666) - R. W. Kent notified twice as director - 23 September 2011.
ROOF DOCTORS LIMITED (655834) - J. Lehmann’s appointment as director in place of E. Monroy was notified as a change of her name - 15 May 2012.
SWEET INNOVATIONS LIMITED (2484374) - GDP Trustee Limited named as shareholder on incorporation instead of MCK Trustee Limited - 11 May 2010.
