I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Limited Partnerships, in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on the application of:
IMPACT (INTERNATIONAL) LLP (2547160) - by replacing the application for registration dated the 23rd day of March 2011, where a limited partner was named as a general partner.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by the 31 May 2012 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
