Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of
creditors of METAL & ACRYLIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at
METAL & ACRYLIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED at 2B Woodson Place (entrance is off Ellice Road), Wairau Park, Auckland, on 11 December 2012 commencing at 11.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is:
(a) To consider the report of the administrator; and
(b) To determine:
(i) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(ii) whether to bring the administration to an
end; or
(iii) whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
