Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 239ADF of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Chapman Tripp, Level 35, ANZ Centre, 23 Albert Street, Auckland, on Thursday 1 November 2012 commencing at 2.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider extending the deed period for a further nine months.
