Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of
the creditors of the company will be held on Monday
3 September 2012 at 10.30am at Waterstone Insolvency,
Unit 1, 16 Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland.
Registration for all creditors will open at 10.15am, with the meeting commencing at 10.30am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. for the creditors of the company to resolve whether:
(a) the administration should end; or
(b) the company be put into liquidation.
2. any other issue properly brought before the meeting.
