Notice of Creditors' Meeting
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 243 of
the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to
be held on Wednesday 15 August 2012 at 2.00pm at Waterstone Insolvency, Unit 1, 16 Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland.
Please note that registration will take place from 1.30pm.

1. Liquidators' report.
2. Determine whether to appoint a committee of creditors and, if so, who are to be the committee's members.
3. Vote on resolution to replace liquidators.
