Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of PKF Corporate Recovery (Auckland) Limited, Level 3, 48 Courthouse Lane, Chancery, Auckland, on Friday 3 August 2012 at 10.30am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is for the creditors of the company to resolve whether:
(a) the terms of the deed of company arrangement should be varied; or
(b) the deed of company arrangement should be terminated and liquidators appointed to the company, and the deed administrators are proposed to act as liquidators of the company.
