Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of
the creditors of the company will be held on Monday
30 July 2012 at 10.00am, at Waterstone Insolvency,
Unit 1, 16 Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland.
Registration for all creditors will open at 9.30am, with the meeting commencing at 10.00am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. To review the administrators' report in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company; and
2. For the creditors of the company to resolve that the:
(a) administration end; or
(b) company be placed into liquidation; or
(c) vote for a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) if one is proposed.
3. Any other business properly brought before the meeting.
