Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, as an application has been made to terminate the liquidation of HARLEM 23 LIMITED
(in liquidation), the liquidators fix 25 July 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
If no claim is received from a creditor by that date then the claim may not be taken into account.
This notice amends the earlier notice* giving creditors to
7 August 2012 to file.
