Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of MENAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) has been requested pursuant to section 245(1)(b)(iii) of the Companies Act 1993.
The meeting of creditors is to be held on 19 March 2012
at 9.00am at the offices of Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountant, Level 1, 22 Dorset Street, Christchurch.
Notice has been sent to all known creditors containing voting papers, proxy notice forms and details of the business to be transacted.
Any creditor not receiving these within five working days of the publication of this notice is requested to contact the liquidator’s office.
Postal votes and proxies must be lodged with the liquidator not less than two working days prior to the commencement of the meeting.
Creditors intending to vote at the meeting of creditors are requested to submit their claims to the liquidator prior to the commencement of the meeting to assist with establishing their entitlement to votes.
Any enquiries by creditors including any notice of proxies and postal votes may be directed to the liquidator.
