I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.

Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 1 square metre, more or less, being Lot 3 DP 449138, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register OT245/298, Otago Land District.
The registered proprietor of the above-mentioned land is Henry Lawrence Cook and the land is situated at
245 Stuart Street Dunedin.
