Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 29 November 2012, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 454346 and the area of the right to take and convey water has now been eroded away due
to erosion of the riverbank.
