of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 1B, folio 295, such land being part of the land granted to John Skelton under Crown Grant 601B on 1 September 1851, and subsequently conveyed to William Greenwood on 22 August 1859, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
