Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 491 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land District under 18675, situated in Fifeshire Crescent, being part Section 23, City of Nelson, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 4, Folio 432, such land being all the land granted to Donald Sinclair under Crown Grant 11200 on 5 August 1853 and John Poynter, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
